Meet Meghana Nuthi and Ryan Ou, two young people supporting Stanford Health Care - ValleyCare during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Meghana is a freshman at Dougherty Valley High School. Meghana wanted to show healthcare workers that there are young people who understand the severity of this coronavirus and they are grateful for the sacrifices the healthcare teams are making. During this pandemic, she has raised over $1,500 to help support local HealthCare Heroes.

Ryan is a Foothill High School student with a passion for service. For the past 3 years, he’s dedicated his weekends to volunteering at Stanford Health Care – ValleyCare, as one of their junior volunteers. Ryan has also donated earnings from his tutoring job to the Charitable Foundation, to support programs and services at the Hospital.

We want to recognize these high school students for their giving spirit and desire to give back to their community hospital. They prove that you're never too young to make a difference.
